Failed to Mount data, unable to Mount storage, internat memory 0mb, help

Hi guys, I've tried to install cyanogenmod13. Everything looked cool, but somehow I've made mistake and now I can't continue with my flash. Running twrp 2.8.7.0, that happened after data wipe, s-off off course. Could you help me?
