Volume Reset Issues

I've had my LG G4 H811 for about a month now and I've noticed that, periodically and at random intervals, my volume would reset to about 1/6 or so of the total volume. Whether this be a decrease or increase in volume to reach this set level, the volume changes. This happens on Bluetooth, when headphones are plugged in, and over the phone's own speakers. I am running - Android 6.0 (NOT ROOTED)
