Question

So I made 2 screenshots, in each you can see a arrow, is there a csc code to disable the plus button in favorite tab or any other things that are pointed by the arrow? The, if you see this it may seem weird because you don't know why, but the plus button is taking to much space, the alphabet vertical row is white and jumps in your eyes the search box isn't necessary to remove but if found a way old tell.
