Phone Contacts get back automatically.. Please Help

Hi everyone.. I've heard a lot about XDA so i thought maybe someone could solve my problem... I have Lenovo p70-A and my problem is that I dont know with what account my contacts are synced I've turned off Google contacts sync along with Whatsapp and Skype but whenever i delete some duplicates contacts they come back again. For instance i deleted all dublicates and only 142 contacts were there on my Sim card but after a few hours the duplicates come back and Now i have total 235 something contacts again. I've trid many solutions but nothing fixed it. I use contacts optimizer for deleting the duplicates. But they always come back.
Please someone Help Me !!
