Lumia 830 RM-983 bootlooping after 14322.

I updated my lumia 830 to 14322 last week, It worked fine until it froze on the lock screen forcing me to hard reset the phone. Once i did the hard reset i wouldn't boot. I have tried flashing it about 5 - 6 times now. Nothing is working!! Microsoft won't help!
