Can't update OTA or with Xperia Companion

I used Kingroot ages ago and have been unable to update OTA. I thought PC companion would work but it keeps saying there isn't enough space on the internal memory, even though there is over 2GB free. How can I update to Marshmallow?

I have everything backed up so data loss isnt an issue. I have an Irish D6603.
