Better Launcher for Z3C?

I am getting tired of annoying features of the Sony launcher, like "suggested apps" (http://ift.tt/1MTQA52).

I'd love to get some opinions about alternative launchers with the following attributes:

* simple, uncluttered, minimalist appearance
* customizable, to make it even simpler
* esthetically clean and elegant (no graphic or color overload)

You get the idea!
