I have a stock Note 4 Developer Edition unrooted how can I update to 6.01 Marshmallow

I have a stock Note 4 Developer Edition unrooted how can I update to 6.01 Marshmallow?
I chose not to root the phone as the Tivo app will not stream to the phone if rooted.
I do not mind if I lose the bootloader lock in doing this.
Please help.
