HELP, huawei y560-u32 crash

Need Help, i have a huawei y560-u32 smartphone and try to change the recovery, but the phone crash, the display show logo 1 seg and then turn white, do not access to recovery mode, bootloader mode dont work, adb not detect the device.

Only the PC detect the phone as "qualcomm HS_USB DIagnostics 900E COM(4)".

some help please :'(
