data wont enable.

Hello i have redmi note 3 snapdragon with latest version of miui 7 global stable.. i have 2 sim card, the second is nano sim with mobile broadband from wind, which provide me 1gb free.. i have this gb first month. now my isp send me a sms that says that i have 1 gb free for a month, but the data cant enable.. yesterday i could but today i cant, i remode the sim slot same thing, i try to update to miui 8 same thing, now i am on miui 7 again.. i dont have another phone to try it. but with the first sim which i dont have money and mb the data enable success. what to do tell please its very important for me. thank you
