Boot loop after Failed RUU

Im locked with s-off. Was in the process of the latest Verizon RUU and the computer lost connection with the device. Now the phone is in boot loop and only thing I can get into is the boot loader. Recovery and download mode just starts the boot loop again. I've reinstalled recovery through fast boot and still will not come up. My phone is now below 30% so the RUU refuses to run again. Any ideas on how I can charge this phone to try the RUU again? Thanks
