Corrupted recovery section on stock rom.

So i bought a s4 mini GT-I9195 and obviously firsth thing i went to so was root the device. So i downloaded CF Auto root opened odin did the usual steps but i forgot to untick one of the boxes in odin what is ticked by default in 3.07... anyway the process went on and i bricked the phone. I went and redownloaded a stock rom from samstock flashed it but that failed even tho it fixed the phone doing that. Now when ever i try to root the phone or do a factory reset the phone bricks it self goes into download mode and says cant do a normal boot. Is there anyway to resolve this issue
