Which G4 Is On Amazon

I am looking for a new phone, I see on Amazon the g4 Unlocked is 349(roughly). Is that one rooted(like is it able to be rooted, I know it doesn't come rooted) and which forum on here has the roms. There is like 12 different g4's and I don't want to get a phone that isn't rooted and actively being worked on and such...if that makes sense.
