Problem with update to UL-Z00A-WW-2.20.40.196-user after using sd as internal storage

Hi,

Please be if someone finds a solution. I have converted the internal storage sd card, and now I can not upgrade to 194 vesion using ADB . Is there another option ?

The error comes out is "error in sideload status 7"
