LG G3 CAT6 (F460) Stuck on Android is starting

LG G3 CAT6 after flashing kdz is stuck on "Android is starting" screen as in the picture.
Tried reflashing tot and kdz but same result. It wouldnt get past the second logo.
Repair guy told me mobile is short and its also heating up very much.
Any ideas or help???
