[Help required] Can't mount /system, /data and /cache.

Hi, I'm having problems with trying to mount /system and the rest on TWRP 2.8.70 and TWRP 3.0.2.0. It has been giving me "Failed to /data (invalid arguments)" and the likes (as shown below).
Is there anyway to fix this? I tried to factory reset it a few times but it did not work.
