Galaxy S3 stuck on samsung logo & in recovery on Android Robot with gear rotating

My phone was working normally but I turned it off. Now it stucks on Samsung logo (shimmering) & also it doesn't get into recovery. stucks on Android Robot with gear rotating.
Rooted.
Stuck rom.
I need my videos in internal storage. :crying: :crying:
What is suggested?
