Hey everyone, I have a 1½ years of Nexus 5, about a week ago I went back to the huge world of custom ROMs and things like that, currently I'm running CM 13 with Xposed, while I was looking through many threads I found one about EMMC being fried, it got my attention so I looked up on Google, but I didn't find much information of what can cause it, just a lot of troubleshooting.
So, I want to know what can cause it, if it happens by accident or because you screwed up something while flashing a ROM or kernel, I want this information just by precaution and to avoid that I do the same mistake.
