Unlock bootloader moto x 2013 AT&T with sunshine

Hello, I have a problem with a friend who bought the moto x 2013 in AT&T and want to unlock the bootloader, it can be with sunshine?
I have the moto x 2014 and if I run, but do not know the compatibility with the first generation in Android 5.1.
