Security update fails

I updated to marshmallow, rooted, installed twrp and xposed framework and getting this error when trying to enable enhanced messaging or after i reboot..is there a fix? Also where are the settings yo update PRL and Profile? Also I'm missing the symbols on my keyboard, have to keep using SYM button instead of long pressing on the letter
