sd card access 3rd party apps MM

I can't transfer files from PC to SD card using Wifi File transfer app in android 6.0 which was able to do in android 5.0 :rolleyes: I tried making it a system app, yet no access to SD card. Is there a way to get full SD card access in android 6.0 Stock ???
