(Rooted)issues on kindle fire HD 7 HEEELP

1. I cannot power off my kindle through the minue by hold down the power button. The only way I can turn it off is when I hold down the power button for 20 second.
2.I cannot broadcast any apps on any broadcasting apps like shou etc) .the screen is glitchy when I do.
