Note3

My Note 3 got wet. When I plug it in it will vibrate and the red light comes on in the upper left corner. I have A bunch of pictures I'm trying to get off it. Kies3 is will not connect to it. It tries too. I was hoping that there might be anther way to get them. I look on cloud and there not their. No sd card. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated .
