#HELP ME .. Xperia M2 D2302 Error ... TA partition while flashing stock rom

I have already installed 5.1.1 in Xperia m2 D2302, and rooted with http://ift.tt/1UrcFKD installed philz touch recovery,
after that also installed CyanogenMod 12.1 for Xperia M2 now I'm going to install stock rom it gives the same error
