Anyone else having this issue? Every time I try to submit my info for the promo, I get the following message:

There was an error attempting to contact the server.
Please contact customer support for assistance.
REFRESH THE PAGE
I've tried it dozens of times on different browsers with the same result. I've emailed PrizeLogic twice and once they reply DAYS later, their response has NOTHING to do with the issue that I told them I was having.
I've tried submitting for over a week now and cannot seem to get past that error. Anyone have any ideas?
