asking to enter encrytion password after flashing every rom

when i flash roms it ask "to start android, enter your password"after entering it says" decrytion unsuccessfull, the password you entered is correct,but unfortunetely your data is currut,...

how to get rid of this error, i tried every possible thing, but phone is not booting, showing this error again and again.
plz help
