App Move not compatible with OP3?

I'm using a smartwatch (Alcatel Onetouch Watch) in conjunction with the app Alcatel Move. I never had any problem with this combination when I was using my OP2 but since I got the OP3 the app won't work anymore. Whe I start the app only the blue splash screen appears and then the app close without any error message. Has anyone an idea what could be the cause for this behaviour and/or a solution?
