Won't Enter to Recovery Mode & NO keyboard to unlock screen

hello
i've tried to boot in recovery for the first time
devices still in all stock
pressed vol down + pwr
nothing happend
tried
vol up + pwr
even
vol up + down + pwr
even vol then pwr for each way
still nothing
but the buttons are working and fully functional

btw the main problem here is i've disabled my keyboard by mestake
and now when i try to write my password , there is no keyboard to write it
so i decided to factory reset my phone

is there any way to fix this two problems ?
