Phone gets super slow and laggy after some time

I can say that I've tried most of the ROMs available at this forum, I change them from time to time, a couple of months, weeks or even days, and with every install the first week or two the phone flies, instantly opens everything, it works like a last generation phone. But always the time comes where it starts to get slow, sloppy and really REALLY laggy, I just don't know what to do, clear cache, free space, clean stuff, change kernel, whatever. There are times where I want to smash it to the floor or throw it out of the window, it freezes or takes 20 seconds to just go the home, open the keyboard, scroll anything, it just gets unusable.
