need help cant access to recovery mode and NAND write FAIL

hi , i need help please ,i try many thing and nothing , when i turn on the tablet it get stuck on "SAMSUNG" , i try use recovery mode but nothing happens it just reboot , i also try to flash with odin , but its always the same error :

but if i wait like 30 mins , its show me the next error :

try use recovery cwm but its the same NAND error , i dont know what to do please help.
