A few days ago, my screen went black. I tried different things (combinations of depressing volume down, power, home buttons ). Finally, I took it to get fixed. I was told that it was not fixable. Not sure why. I'm getting a second opinion, but in case it's not fixable, how can I download the information that was on the phone? Please tell me there is a way.
