Wileyfox storm won't charge ?

Hi, storm came back from screen repair.
Fine for a couple of weeks-this morning stopped charging up ?
When plugged in, no battery charging symbol notification + not showing charge via settings screen.
New to this forum-found you by accident + not very tech minded...... Can anyone help plse ?
