SM-N9208 many Asian characters

I have just received my N9208 and have a little problem with it. I have set the language to English after a factory reset but there is still heaps of Asian writing in the menus which i unfortunately don't understand.
Is there a solution available for this? My device is currently on the latest official software after an auto-update.
