Samsung Galaxy Note 3 keeps restarting, unable to enter recovery mode or download mod

My samsung Note 3 (SM-N900) keeps restarting after just showing samsung logo. And its not possible enter recovery or download mode bcz phone reboots in less than 5 seconds after entering recovery mode.
And phone boots itself without pressing power button when i just inserting battery. Any help?????:confused::confused::confused::confused:
