Hi everyone,
Seeking for idea(s) from a genius group.
I got a Nexus 6 with a broken screen ( really bad can't see anything , just black), want to get the data(photos) out of the phone.
the system debugging mode is not enabled, it's running on android 6.0.
here is what i have tried:
plug the phone into PC via USB, PC does not recognize any device, hold on power button and volume down for few seconds, the PC recognize the following: (fastboot shamu S)

can't post outside link

not sure what can be done at this point.
also bought a used Nexus 6 in good working condition, swap screen did not work, the screen did not light up. ( some says the screen is locked to the motherboard, not sure about this).
googled some info, the last way would be remove the 32Gb NAND flash from the motherboard by un-soldering , and install to another motherboard, this may require some special tools and don't think it's a home DIY project.
Any shared idea(s) would be really appreciated.
Thanks.
James
