How to Flash ROMs on Windows 32 bit systems

Hey guys. The latest Stable Mi flash tool doesnt support 32 bit windows systems. But by using this MI Flash Beta Tool, which supports both 32 bit and 64 bit systems, you'll be able to flash fastboot roms, even on your 32 bit system :)
