ROMs concerned: this issue appears on CM13 nightlies and RR with Team M8 Kernel.
Symptoms If I keep my phone on charging over the night, after a certain time it no longer detects when I open or close my Dot View cover. It does not light up the screen when I open the case nor does it turn it of when I close it. A reboot fixes it but it is very annoying to have to do it at all. Everything works on the phone except for this.
Precautions: Doze powersave is off so I doubt it is with it and anyways should not affect it.
If anyone has an idea why I have this issue I would be grateful. Maybe deactivating power optimization on this would help but on the stock rom I never had this issue.
