Hello, I have a problem with my S3 Neo. I haven't used it in a while and when I boot it up, it just shows a black screen, but I've discovered that you can see something on the screen when you're in total darkness, it lights up just a bit and shows a barely readable b&w image. All of the functions work fine, I've even managed to access the camera and take some shots with it. I have tried the method where you pull out the battery, hold the power button for 2 minutes and then put the battery back in after 10 mins, and it didn't work? My warranty has expired so should I look for a new screen or is it a problem with the graphics module of the phone?
