Last night I attempted to put a file on a Lexar 16Gb drive. A pop-up indicates the drive is write protected?? So, started running around the net and tried a few suggestions, only to have them fail. So, I have a few questions: #1. The best way to remove the write protection #2 How did the drive suddenly acquire that 'write protection""? Got the files backed up, but cannot format the drive either. Hope someone's got the answers.
