So my father died and my family wants to get on his phone to get the pictures off of it.
We then used his google account to get the cloud stored images and I have this Note 4-that-is locked It had a reactivation lock on it after I tried to factory reset it. I got this requirement for a Samsung account. I tried to do Firmware upgrade initialization but it got stuck at 3%.
So now I have this other wall. Firmware Upgrade encountered With Kies Unfortunately when I try to do firmware recover it ALSO gets stuck at 3%
I really need help.

In the setup you cant access accessibility options and when you do forgotten id it just gives you a link.
