Is there any new update that brings back Stamina Mode?

It's said that Stamina Mode will be back in a major update in Late of April. Is it here now? Or it won't be back? I saw an article in the web says that Japanese version of Xperia Z5 received an update that brings back Stamina Mode. Thanks. Sorry bad english
